Our Factory
Our semi-trailer production plant is located in Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province. The factory covers an area of 30,000m2 and a construction area of 16,000m2. There are 150 employees, including 30 engineering and technical personnel. It has a special vehicle production line and supporting facilities. The current annual production capacity can reach 3,000 vehicles. Our products have passed the “3C” certification and the IS09001-2000 quality system certification of the China Quality Certification Center.
Our company is an excellent manufacturer in the hometown of trailers in China. The company has introduced advanced technology and advanced design concepts from home and abroad, with advanced production equipment, sophisticated technology, and complete testing equipment. The products have reached the advanced level of similar products and are sold well throughout China. The products mainly include: various series of container transport semi-trailers, vans, tank trucks, special vehicles, special vehicles, medical special vehicles, full trailers, etc., exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and other countries and regions.

Sinotruck has introduced the German Man engine, axle technology and more than4,500 models under it. lt has more than a dozen world-class modern commercialvehicle production lines, with an annual output capacity of more than 200,000vehicles, a full range of products, and a wide variety of products. The comprehensivecooperation with Mann Corporation has injected new vitality into the good, fast andsustainable development of Sinotruk. With first-class investment in processequipment, Sinotruk, with the strong support of Mann, strictly implements Mann’stechnology, test verification, quality control and management standards.
Sinotruk engine is based on digesting and absorbing the international advanced technology, including Steyr Technology,German MAN technology, through a large number of independentinnovations, technological upgrades, continuous improvement, andgradually developed into an international level engine designer andmanufacturer.Emissions meet Euro ll to Euro Vl standards, withpower coverage ranging from 140 hp to 560 hp. With full setproduction line introduced German Man, all engine parts can be produced automatically at high efficiency.
Transmission developed by sinotruck include:5、6、7、9、10、12、16 gear light.medium and heavy-duty single intermediate shaft and twin countershaft transmission.and AMT transmission, they can be adapted to the heavy duty trucks, medium andlight trucks manufactured by sinotruck. HW series heavy type transmission is a newgeneration well-crafted product developed by sinotruk specially for the heavy dutytruck, sinotruk own the independent intellectual property rights for it, with its uniquestructure home and aboard, its primary transmission adopts twin countershaftstructure and auxiliary transmission adopts planetary deceleration structure, whichmake its bearing capacity stronger and its structure more reliable. The integratedsmall housing design allows legible gear and flexible gear shift.
The driving axle developed by sinotruck consist of single stage reduction axle anddouble stage reduction axle, which loading capacity include 5, 9,11,13,16.26 tonsmatching sinotruck various series vehicles. They are divided into four series: Singlestage reduction axle, inherited from German MAN technology MCY series and H457series, Double stage reduction axle ST/HC series and AC series inherited from StyreTechnology.
